    you MIGHT could use the scren if you could find a controller card for it

    Can I use this as a display? I found it on EBAY!

    Do I need some sort of controller for this?

    Actually if you can get at least win95 on that laptop (easy) -- or windowsCE, you can run an RDP client and attach to a windows XP machine. You won't be able to play video at all, but GPS and stuff like that should work great. MP3 playing and whatnot might be a little tricky as it'd be hard to get the sound devices right, but that is still doable.

    Stars'N'Stripes:

    I can make you see bright stars and then blackness for a while with that device, but again, full motion video is going to be a problem.. it may be a little bit blurry.
