I'm new to this board but I've been following the thread on Lilliput 7" touchscreens with interest as this will do my requirement perfectly. However, I emailed Extreme Audio Electronics (the guys who are selling the Lilliput screens on ebay en masse) to ask what the touchscreen interface was (presumably USB but you never know...). I was a bit surprised when I got this response:

We will receive the specification sheet from the manufacturer for the touch screen version in the early October. We will send you a copy as soon as we receive it. Currently we do not have accurate information about the touch screen version. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Which is a bit surprising given they're selling the touchscreen as an option on the current auction due to end in three days' time and yet they don't even have the specs of it?!
This combined with some other emails people have received about accidents with shipments etc has caused me to hold back a bit to see what happens - has anyone actually got a touchscreen version out of these guys? Have people who have placed orders received emails deferring their order until Oct?

Do you guys really want to risk it?? I'm still selling the GAIN screens for $375, touchscreen USB. And I'm tired of the debate with lilliput, at least you know what you get with the gain screens.

Interesting, is he buying them off EBAY for £183 less any reductions for bulk buying and them selling them for £225, making £42 a piece (don't think he'll be paying VAT).
Would be interested but the only way to contatc him is by email, if their was a phone number or office address I would be happier. may wait and see if anyone else buys and reports back.
