Angry Xenarc giving me fits. Help!

I have a 700ts USB and when I turn off the computer, about 40% when I power it up again within about 5-10 minutes of turning it off it won't turn on again. I then have to leave power off of it for about 10 minutes then it will power up fine. Its powered off my opus so when the computer turns off it also kills power to the monitor at the same time. Also to make matters worse the USB touch function dosn't init. about 40% of the time also. These two problems don't happen at the same time. I can have a blank screen and the touch works fine. Any body else have the same problems? Any ideas?

One possibility is that your power supply is probably draining a capacitor which is keeping some of the electronics alive or in a messed up state after you turn off the mains power. When you leave it off for 10 mins you fully drain the PS and everything is fine again. Try using a second power source for the screen and see if it fixes it.

I think it is a cap in the monitor it self that holds the "memory" for the monitor. It still does it off a a/c adapter. And I am still having problems with it starting up the USB touchscreen all the time. If it wasn't for this monitor problem my computer would be working great.
