Good luck man, I bought a DWW-7VGA from digitalww. Charged my cc for it over two weeks ago, and they still haven't shipped it.

Armen, are you out there? I've tried to get a hold of you through emails and PM. I feel very uncomfortable with a charge to my credit card yet no product, let alone no response. Can you at least give us a status of what's going on?

Sorry to say this, but I'm glad I'm not the only one. DigitalWW has lied to me for the past two weeks and I'm about ready to report credit card fraud on them if I do not get some kind of confirmation from them soon. If I understand the law correctly, they cannot charge your credit card until they actually ship the item. I hate to be like this to them, but my credit card is not their short term financing company.

You are correct, that is illegal.

If you can't understand that there are delays in shipment and such, why did you place an order in the first place? You can always go ahead and purchase similar screens for $440 elsewhere. I placed the order because when I contacted digitalww before I placed my order, I was assured the "pre-order" shipments would go out the next week. I also believed that digitalww was a reliable source through this forum. I cannot be patient or understanding when my credit card was illegally charged for an item that had not been shipped. On top of that, I've been lied to. That's not an ethical way to run a business. My unit finally did ship yesterday, four days after I was told it shipped, and I will have it today, but I'm still not happy with the whole transaction.
