Holding the power button on doesn't seem to work on my new Lilliput. What did you do exactly?

I'm going to work on a way for the computer to emulate the remote that way I can automatically adjust the backlight intensity at night. It shouldn't be very hard to send a quick IR signal from the PC on startup to turn on the screen. I just need to build or buy the IR transmitter and get started.

he means have it pressed permanently - try it - just hold down the power button when you apply power and it comes on....
