    Sharp display for trade

I have a few Sharp lq104v1dg11's they have 2 lamps, very bright. They have the inverter and a small (removable) board that converts to 44 pin ribbon cable.

I would be willing to trade one for a vga controller card that works with one of these displays.

Hey man, I used to use the LQ10's a lot in manufactoring. There is a place, Im thinkin it was in Indiana, that makes the VGA card for the LQ10's. Think the place was fraker, or something. If I remember right, TDK made a backlight inverter and also a company called Xercon (i think) that gave the lamps power. Here is some info from myold computer dug up back when I used them :

    TDK Backlight Inverter
    CXA-P1212-VJL Multiple Lamp-Dimming
    Jaco Electronics ~ $20

    VGA Card for LCD
    FA-64 H Fraker
Give Fraker the LQ10 # for custom cables (if needed)
~ $308.00 each (this price included all cables for everything i think)

Was finding some LQ10s from earthcomputers.com. My info is old and Im sure there are probably cheaper VGA converters out there, but just to give you an idea. Hope this might help you.
