DSTN - Short for double-layer supertwist nematic, a passive-matrix LCD technology that uses two display layers to counteract the color shifting that occurs with conventional supertwist displays.
It would seem from a Google search that these are laptop displays, as such you'd need to locate an appropriate controller before you could make any use of them.

Well the first one is a Kyocera 640x480. THe JSTT defines how it is connected etc. Earthlcd.com or eio.com sometimes have specs on these. YOU will have to SEARCH the INTERNET for it.
How do I know? I spent about a year searching for pinouts on a KCS6448ESTT DSTN screen.
well I happen to have in my stack of ****e I found on the internet ...KCS6448JSTT-X6...a DSTN 1tube CFL backlight display.
It is a one meg file if you want it.
