Controller for the screen.
I am looking for a longer one of these. My install forces me to mount this off the screen, so I need a couple more inches to get it where I can mount it.
Anyone know where to find it.

I found some, I had to get 4 to place the order. So 12.50 plus 37c for a stamp and you can have one too if you need one. PM me.

Check out this. The guy describes disassembling a Xenarc lcd and installing it into a computer case. He calls the cable a Flexible Printed Circuit cable and says he knows a source for getting longer ones.

After reading that mod again (read it a while ago too), I tracked down the forum he posted in, and 19 pages of threads later he replaced the FPC with FCC (Flexible Flat Cable) and got it from http://www.parlex.com/company.htm . I am trying to see if I can do the same.
I found a source!
6" long FCC that fits in the connectors.
If anyone else needs one of these, I just ordered 4 to meet the minimum price to order.
So if you want one you can paypal me $12.50 and 37c for a stamp and i'll send one to you.
