I think it's a syncing isssue. Mines does that once in a while. When I cycle the power for the lilliput, it syncs up and is fine.

Well the USB-touchscreen drivers wherent the problem... Tested the screen with and without drivers installed... Havent played with it a lot, was on vacation for a week..

The problem is occuring in each res & hz setting, as soon as it goes from loading -> windows, blank screen until I power off/on the screen... (or plug / unplug the vga-cable)

If its a sync problem, then why is it fixed after power off/on and why does it occure in all res & hz's ?

Something must happen during the switch from 'standard' -> 'windows' resolution switch... I'm going to try a small app which will switch windows resolution from 800x600 -> 1024x768 -> 800x600 (with 1s intervals, 5s after windows bootup) to see if that fixes anything...

Turn off your TV out in the bios.

Well other then this, I have no problems with the screen at all...

Going to make the screen-resolution switch program tonight, see if that helps... It kind of sucks because I have to unplug the car-pc for this... No wireless network yet, and no cd-rom/usb-key...

Currently I just wait for the PC to bootup, then start the car (which will make the screen lose power for 1s), then everythings fine This will just cause problems when I'm going to make the screen use the power from my Opus though...

Adjust your refresh rate. It is probably to high or low.
