    The rEGGulator that comes with the Lilliput screens...

    ...anyone know where you can buy a similar thing (pref. UK).

    I sold my old screen to a mate. I used to power my screen off the back of my Opus, but he's using a laptop so doesn't have a clean 12v supply. I know he can build a 12v regulator easily enough, but just wondered if there was an off-the-shelf rEGGulator. I think the screen draws about 1.2amp peak (0.8 normal).

    What kind of regulator circuit is in this thing? What kinds of Amps could it sustain. It says Input 12 - 18v and Output 12v... so it doesn't drop a volt when it has 12v input?
