Hi what up guys. My car is limo tinted and i was wondering how bright my screen have to be so i can read when the sun is out? i have two sharp lq10d421 the whole setup and full set up of lt121ss-105... I am trying to put lt121ss-105 in the dash because its 12.1" screen but its only 130nits. the lq10d421 is 10.4" but its 300nits. and at night that would be bright as hell.and i am trying to save both lq10d421 because i am think of putting them inside of my trunk lid so when i drive on the beach with the trunk open i can show off my setup. This is driving my nuts. Oh ya i am asking this because i cant test it in my car because i got in a fender bender and my car is in the garage.They said i wont get it till friday.

I'd go with the 10.4" and throw in a brightness control. I have a 300+nit 10.4", and besides being able to adjust the brightness, I'm not bothered by it at full bright at night. then again it's notably below eye level.
car computer rev 5: 8" lilliput and usual suspects
its going to be mounted in the dash so 300nits at night that is just asking for ticket.
