I know some of you have had problems with this company. So im here to let you know of my experience. I ordered the tm-700vga back in january. When it arived, the monitor had problems with flickering and very dim. Returned, got another one. Same problem. Returned it again, got sent a third one. Same problem.... Theres no way it could be the monitor. Not three different ones. So I purchased a new vga cable, problem solved! Point is, Armen always got back to my emails within two or three days. Just have a little patience when emailing. Thank you very much! Great monitor by the way, absolutely gorgious.

Well since I have no first hand experience with Armen, you can take what I say with a large grain of salt... But to me if you pay somebody HUNDREDS of dollars, you have the right to expect first class service.... And I don't care what his profit margin may be.... the customer is still out several HUNDRED dollars...
I have seen MANY post here about difficulties with DigitalWW... and what I have seen is INEXCUSABLE.... it is nothing other than poor service and poor planning on Armen' part..... If he has unreliable suppliers then he needs to account for that. If he doesn't get items when they are expected, he should plan for that and not sell based on it...
I just don't understand why so many people put up with this type of POOR service.... Now, yeah zijester... your problem was NOT Armen's fault and I am glad you pointed that out.... but many people on this forum have had problems that are TOTALLY Armen's (and digitalww) fault....
Again, I state poor service and poor planning.... Not a good combination for a sucessful business....
I say don't waste your time and money on this crap.... I myself have had EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL service for my Xenarc from www.onehitwonders.com they know how to run a business....

I don't charge peoples Credit cards until their items are actually shipped. The only way that happens is if they send paypal payments. I don't like having other peoples money so I try to stay away from that as far as possible. So nobody is out of their money. I don't know where you got that
"Difficulties"? "Poor service"? Hardly! The only problem is that I am slow at answering emails. The only reason for that is because the business increased dramatically and it is harder to keep up. I get flooded with emails everyday. In addition I've been doing a lot custom work like DWW-7VGA and now the same thing with Lilliputs. I am the only one that has these products available in the world. And it will stay like that until these bigger companies will see what they are missing. All this keeps me busy 24/7. People that send me emails will always hear from me, may be a little late but they will get an answer.
You spent $479 for your monitor - from me for the same money you could've had a lilliput already mounted in an in-dash housing. But it is good that you're happy.
I don't know where you're reading all the horror stories. I get emails everyday from people that are happy with their service and product. Not everybody will post about their story but be sure that we have quality product and great service. You've never deal with me so you don't know.

Yes, I have never dealt with you as I stated in my post, I base my opinion and my purchase (elsewhere) on the feedback of your customers. I personally would pay more and get good service, than pay less and get what I see above....You've never deal with me so you don't know.

Then I see this thread about digitalWW and think "Oh no, another bad experience".... and it was somewhat bad for zijester, but unfortunately for him it was all self inflicted..... unless, wait I just thought..... it was his "VGA cable" causing the problems..... wouldn't that have been supplied by DIGITALWW
The vga cable was included with the monitor. It came like that from the factory. There was no way for him to know that the cable was faulty before the monitor was shipped out.
I agree zijester... there is no way for a reseller to know he is supplying bad product, when they don't check it and keep a eye on their suppliers...

I never bought anything from Digitalww , but i agree with Dug1697 - service is very important and if you want to have a respected webstore, coustumers should be treated right.(Everyone hates unanswered emails )
Digitalww is in fact the only store that has indash vga screens, and i really believe that he has a Lot of work, but if sales have increased maybe Armen should consider to hire someone to do coustomers service.
CarTft has exelent service and i bet that business increased also.

Ps :Armen - Why dont you do indash vga with Liliput , it should be cheaper than with gain screens.(i only saw the Gain version 530 us$ )

You know... you're dealing with a guys livelihood here, this feels too much like some sort of witch hunt after a while. Yes, he is in business and he has obligations to his clients, equally we all have a choice to deal with him or not. Personally however I think it is best to relate your personal experiences with a vendor and leave it at that, any other interested parties can search, read and form their own opinion. I really don't see the need to trawl through the board looking for bad posts to summarise unless you are going to do the same with good comment to avoid any bias.
A fair summary - review good and bad comments and come to a fair appraisal. Will you be undertaking similar reviews of all other vendors who participate and are recommended here or is this a service you only plan to provide for Armen and digitalww?
I've never dealt with any of these vendors, I read, digest and will make my personal choices accordingly.
Just my $0.02.
