Was working great...now its broke (Datalux 10.4)

Im at my wits end, I hope somebody can help me. I spent 2 days getting the touchscreen to work on my new LMV10R. Got it working perfectly so i took the lcd and controller out of the case to figure out how Im gonna install it.....ended up putting it all back together and now it doesnt work..

When it first turns on I get black/white lines, then it all just fades to white within a few seconds. The Brightness control buttons work. I tried reseating the controller card, no change. Checked all the connections on the 3.3v mod, they are all good. I cant believe this, please somebody tell me its not broke

The only thing that I think you can do is double check all the connections again especially the internal ribbon cables that connect directly to the display. This is the kind of problem that a loose internal display cable will cause. They are easily teared if you are not careful so check for that too. If your brightness controls bring up an OSD you can be pretty sure that the problem comes before the lcd itself.

thanks god of cpu, your suggestion made me open it up again and take a real close look at it.. Theres a plug on within the lcd panel itself. It looked fine, but when i pushed on it, it snapped down a bit...

Works fine!!!!! Im so glad heh I couldnt sleep last night I was so mad.

    Thanks again
