The cable connector socket you'd need is a Hirose DF19-14S-1C, shown here:

In theory you could make your own wiring, but the connectors are hard to find (digikey doesn't have them in stock - you can order 1000 at a time, if you want), and crimping the tiny connectors requires an expensive tool.

Digikey does offer pre-made jumper wires with other Hirose connectors, but only up to 12" long.


With the connector shells and some pre-crimped wires, you could make your own cable.. neither of which is currently available, apparently.
