Tom
I can send you 2 new frames which are not cracked.
When I received my order of these housings, 70% came with broken frames and none had any hardware. I just received replacement frames so email me and I will talk.

Hello All,
Edited - 03-30-2004
I should rename this: How to completely embarrass yourself in front of everyone. The major problem here was that _I_ did not know the difference between an ISO mount and a DIN mount. My car is ISO and the TM-701L and DWW-7VGA is DIN. That's where my trouble began. So excuse my *****ing. I'm a bonehead.
For those is the same situation: you can mount the DIN sized unit in an ISO dash by using some washers as spacers (for your other ISO stuff in the same bracket) and drilling some new holes in the bracket. It'll be tight coming thru the dash, but it should fit snuggly.
Below you'll see mention of cracked bezels. Armen told me that 70% of his last shipment had cracked bezels. He's since got replacements and is shipping them to me.
Cheers,
Tom

where would be the fun if everything fit together perfectly?
im still not at that stage of installing..and i still havent picked out a screen... but i always had a feeling that they were a little larger than the size of an actual head unit.

Sorry, I didn't want it so sound like I'm a disatisfied DigitalWW customer. I'm not. Dealing with you has been no hassle. If you've got replacement bezels in stock that would be great. I'll email you.
I had planned to call you today about it, but I got busy with work.
Thanks,
Tom

Yeah thanks for the warning....I just assembled my Gain screen into the in-dash housing...Armen's instructions are pretty good, I thought I could get away without the double sticky tape to offset the touchscreen...turns out the tape is needed, was the touchscreen detecting the edges being presed against the housing. I added the tape and it works nicely now.
I haven't installed the housing in my car yet however I assumed it would be a bit difficult and not line up line a standard car radio. I am a little disappointed in the bezel, mine is a little banged up like TOM2112's. Armen,
Can you send me a new bezel also along with the two screws for the screen housing?
Email me your address armen@digitalww.com

I got the in dash housing without electronics. Originally I planned to use the Lilliput as per the downloaded instructions (glad there are directions - would have taken some time to figure all that out). Then, the NightRider bulk buy fell through. Then, all the posts about Lilliput vs. Xenarc.
So, will a Xenarc fit in this housing? Anybody try it? Anybody try any other monitors in this housing? Did I see a Hitachi 7" touchscreen? How's bout this one?
No, I didn't Search for the answerbut, have read "all" recent posts and haven't seen this question.
I believe Armen answered this before - yes, the Xenarc will fit inside the in-dash housing.Originally Posted by DavidL
I also received the housing without screws, plus one of the plastic parts inside had broken. I've emailed Armen to ask for replacement parts. The good thing is the housing fits perfectly in my Volvo S40 - the extra 1/16" did not cause any problems.
I'm almost positive that the DWW-7VGA units for sale at DigitalWW come with Xenarcs. I got mine with Lilliputs due to a shortage on the the Xenarc touch kits at the time. Armen offered to put Lilliputs in instead to hurry the order up. So I went for it.
