I'm waiting on my parts to arrive to scope this out, but I was curious if anyone has already tackled this. I plan to pull out my double din factory Monsoon head unit and run the PC directly to the factory amp in the back. Has anyone tried mounting the 700ts in that space yet? I'm not sure what the fit is, but if nobody's tried it, I'll at least give it a whirl when mine arrives. I'm looking for any tips or recommendations that you may have.
I read somewhere that the monsoon head unit actually does some pre-amp. You may want to search about that before you replace it.
I have done this, it was pretty difficult to get the center console piece out and I had to do alot of cutting and bondoing, Ill post some pics after I take them. KevinQuote:
