I'm not sure what they've been up to as eBay had suspended their accounts (that's what the Not a registered user bit is about). I did buy a tv tuner to video out off i-shop without any problems, but only found out what the Not a registered user was all about after I had paid as eBay notified me. mini-uk is pushing me to complete the feedback, but I'll hold back for a while so I can test the tuner properly first.

If your looking for monitors, try these people http://cgi6.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....sort=3&rows=50 hopefully they're okay as I have recently ordered an 8" monitor from them.

Forgot to say. All their reserves on the autions are the same as their 'buy now' sales. Sorry, but your not going to bag any bargains with them!
