BUMP! Starting to get very very annoyed by the lack of response!!!
Hi,
I have ordered a replacement touchscreen around a week ago from you. However, besides the original confirmation of order I have recieved no further communication from you. I have also emailed you requesting that you let me know the state of my order. As my order is to Australia I was hoping that it would be shipped immediatly so that I may recieve it as soon as possible, as my install is half done as I am waiting on my order from you. Could you please provide me ASAP with a shipping number, or let me know whether the product was unsuitable, and if that is the case refund my money.
I appologise that I had to use the forum to get action from you. However the amount of money for me is not insubstantial and I am concerned about the complete lack of communication from you.
Regards,
Lewis Vincent
PS. Mod's I appologise if this is in the wrong forum, however it IS about a LCD order, and I wanted to make sure that DIGITALWW got to see the post. Can you wait for him to reply before moving it if you have to? THANKS!
EDIT: Oh, other people that may read this, this message is not meant to be having a go at digitalww. But due to the lack of email response I felt that this was the only way I might get a response (I can't really call from Australia....).
BUMP! Starting to get very very annoyed by the lack of response!!!
im in the same boat mate, im hoping i get a shipping id soon :| ive phoned him numerous times, got my gf whoose more or less in the same state as him at the moment (well wisconsion) to phone him as well, rather than me phoning from the uk all the time, but no avail, voice mail everytime. Left numerous messages, pms, emails, nothing as of yet as in a reply. All i can think is that ive *****ed Armen off, and this wasnt my intention, im starting to think about doing a charge back on the credit card if i dont see anything/hear anything from him within the next few days and have been looking at alternatives (albeit more expensive). Ive dealt with Armen before and didnt have this problem last time, thats why im giving him the benefit of the doubt.
Hoping to hear something soon!
Matt

Unfortunately, Arman seems to be quite selective in the e-mails he replies to and the voicemails he returns. He is no doubt busy at this time because I know for a fact that he has at least 24 DWW-7VGAs to get out and right now all he has is parts. He said he can make 5 to 8 of them a day (I'm assuming that means he doesn't do much else). So right now I would be okay with him taking a little longer to reply since I am personally waiting on a display also.
What I have a problem with is the fact that for the last 20+ days while he has had no parts (and therefore no displays to assemble) he refused to reply to my e-mails or return my calls requesting an update on my order.
As several people have pointed out, it is EXTREMELY bad (and for that matter false advertising) for him to have on his website that the displays have only a 7 - 10 day lead time. This misleading activity makes me question as to whether or not my 1-year warranty will carry any weight.
I suppose I'll just have to cross my fingers and hope for the best. When there is only one source on the market, you have to take what you can get.
Best of luck to everyone,
eXe
I don't think it would kill him to hire a part timer to answer phones and e-mail for him, then again I don't know how is business is running or how much profit he's clearing that would allow him to do so, but I don't think it's a bad idea.Originally Posted by eXentric
He is busy, considering he is one of the few major sellers on this board. A lot of business comes straight from this board trust me. besides any other business he does (EBAY), I am sure it keeps him busy. But maybe not busy enough to hire someone. Hiring people is not cheap. Consider paying all types of insurance and taxes just for them to work for you, plus any other types of services you have to have to support your employees. For a small business, it is not worth it.
Anyway my 2 cents on this subject.... I have never heard a bad thing about him so give the man some time, he may need it..![]()
How the hell is busy an excuse?!? If you are too busy to run a business don't run it, plain and simple. If you cannot fulfill an order don't take it. It is very easy to make an excuse for someone, it is rather hard to run a reputable business.
Finally an intelligent response.... Maybe some of you have seen my other posted comments about DigitalWW... hey many of you flamed me for saying them... but here we go again....Originally Posted by arkadiyp
