    Help the Newbie please...

What I am looking for is an all inclusive end all sollution. What I need is an indash lcd with vga connectivity, touchscreen, and am/fm receiver built in. Anybody know of anything out there? Sony makes an in-dash lcd with receiver but it has no vga connection. What I am trying to do is install my carputer as clean as possible without an obtrusivre display, but i don't want to lose the ability to access a radio station right away. I know I could get an fm tuner card for my pc but it's a pain to have to wait for the machine to boot up before I can listen to it.

I am not by any means an experienced or qualified fabricator, what would you recommend for making a liliput touchscreen as unobtrusive as possible?
