ive got a toshiba 1730dtc laptop ..
it says
"Please, check your PC & Video Card manual or manufacturer to make sure that your VGA card has TV-Out function capability to ensure this cable will work for you! "
how would i do that
Find your laptop manual. Read it. If it says it has TV out, you're in luck. If it doesn't, you're out of luck.
