I bought a DennisK kit off eBay a while ago and have not been able to even try the thing out until now. I have done some searching and could not find anything helpful.

I have the Sharp LQ9D161 and a Digital View ACG-1024 contoller.

What I have is this. I took a 1 amp 12 volt DC wall pack and use that for
my power for now. I placed a jumper on pins 1-2 on CN8 to turn the board
on. Hooked up the Hirose connector and backlight and VGA. I hooked up the
status LED and it changes color when my VGA source goes on and off, so that
appears to be working fine. Problem is, I get no backlight or image on the
screen. I tried jumping the menu button on the controller to ground to see
if the menu would pop up, but no dice.

I am not sure if the LCD connector is incorrectly wired or if the board is incorrectly jumpered. If anyone has that or a pic that would be helpful too.

I am not sure where to go from here. If anyone can provide me any insight, it
would be most appreciated. Thanks.
