Can you do a quick test with a multimeter to see which of the 4 pins of the glass is common and where should it be reigstering resistances?

There are 4 pins on the glass connector.. I can measure between pin 1 and 2 everytime i touch the screen. Pin 1 and Pin 3 was about 2kOhm I think.. and I dont know what pin 4 is for. I cant get any reading by connecting it to pin 1,2 or 3 while touching the glass.
