Weird behavior on Lilliput after openning it

I am desperately need some help.
I got my lilliput some time back and start playing with it. Never got the touchscreen to work. I searched on multiple places and used all the workaround, new driver, ...etc I could ever found. So, I read that the soldering points in the lilliput might be bad so I open it after so much frustration. I couldn't find anything wrong. But when I put it back...... it just doesn't work at all. I checked the forum again, somebody had similar issue due to the ribbon. so I re-open, and re-connect.. after a few trial, I've got it to work halfly....

i.e. I plugged the VGA, the screen shows like those negative film color. and when I plug the USB in, the color become normal, but then it is out of focus. all images are kinda blur. (except the menu icons by lilliput itself).
I keep looking just couldn't figure out what went wrong. All connections seem to be intact. Can somebody give some pointers, please?
Or is it just not recoverable?

USB is the video in so the quality will not be as good as the VGA.

sounds like the connection from the VGA in to the board is not seated properly, or one of the tracks in the cable is broke.
