they are NEVER in stock. I have been checking those screens out for the past 4 months and maybe its just me but they were NEVER in stock. The owner of the store keeps us somewhat updated with the issues he is facing trying to source those parts. I am done with my setup and I am looking for a decent indash screen as well. As far as I can tell ppl that have the screen you have mentioned did not have any major problmes with it with the exception of one instance where one buyer had problems with the unit not beeing able to close correctly. The unit was shipped back and fixed promptly.
I'd buy it if it were in stock ... Also keep an eye open for www.autonode.com they will have some motorized screens with dvd drive. many of us here are waiting to see that one happen. The release date was postponed a couple of times already. Makes you think...

... you don't need eyes to see ... you need vision !!!
I am also looking at buying one of these screens and would like to make sure they are very good quality for that massive price. Any feedback would be nice. He says he uses a Panasonic (EDTCB18QCF)LCD Panel, so if anyone knows anything about that please reply.
the price is not that massive if you think about it...
VGA plus video in LCD on a decent resolution, stand alone is already 300+$
the motorized in-dash mount kit would be over 100$ alone.
Having it mounted and working properly is most likely worthed the 530$ asked in there.
think about any computer monitor, the price is not that high.
its a lot of money, but its not expansive
