no, you have to use "Via Epia VGA out". You need a VGA screen. With your current screen you will never have clear picture. You can try S-Video though, might have better results than RCA...

Why is it that everyone does not like anything that is not VGA? My non VGA screen looks just fine with regular RCA out. Its not 7" but its readable. I can perform all of the functions that most people here use, including GPS.

S-Video will not be noticeably better than RCA. They will both be blurry. Sell the monitor you have now and buy one that has VGA input on it.

VGA as in the port that you plugs your Home computer monitor Into. Just to not be anymore confusing. Not the Digital LCD you have at home if you have a flat screen LCD. But those regular big fat heavy CRT monitors. That this the plug that gives best result.

Just to let you know, this is also not VGA resolution.

With a resolution as low as it will have, it will never be sharp for text. Maybe if you put the font size up to 72 or higher, it may be sharp.

Spend the money on a Lilliput, or preferably a Gain/Xenarc screen, which will be much better quality.

With whatever you get, MAKE SURE IT SAYS VGA!
