hey I have the OEM navi from Acura. i was wondering if I could use that touchscreen w/ Windows or Media Engine? Anyone use an OEM screen w/ touchscreen? Thanks!
You won't be able to use the touch portion of the touch screen since it will be a proprietary solution (not USB or serial). You can use the video output portion though, but it will be expensive and look pretty crappy compared to a VGA screen. Check out the AV electronics unit http://www.avelectronic.com/products.htm
