Reply With Quotethere is usually a screen protector on (film). You can peel it off. Its purely for shipping purposes. You coulnt pull the 'touchscreen' off, without really trying, WITH the casing off.

I got the new touch panel from Armen (thanks), it installed fine and solved my problem, but now I am curious, (possibly dumb question coming up) , do I need to remove the plastic sheeting from both sides of this panel or just the back, is the touch panel actually the plastic? cause I put it on with the plastic sheet still on the front and it seems a bit dull.

there is no casing, its just the touch panel, my lilliput is in dash.
