Cant' get Lilliput to work

I got my Lilliput 7" touchscreen last week and can't get it to work. I've tried installing it on two computers (XP) and they freeze during installation. Now whenever i click setup it begins to go through the installshield wizard then asks if i want to totally remove the selected app. I've also tried a few drivers online and same outcome. Anyone have any ideas? (The display works fine, but the touch function is what won't work)

Do you have any Bluetooth devices? It's some kind of software problem.

see if you can install the software without the TS plugged in. then after installation plug it in.
if it still crashes with the TS unplugged, then like Zip-Lock said, its a s/w issue.

I don't have any bluetooth devices on there. I have tried to install with the TS unplugged and i still get the same problem, it asks if i want to totally remove the selected app. I have already uninstalled everything to try and reinstall it, but it just wants to uninstall. ???
