That's cool. I'd like to see more pictures of those button overlays. Cool idea.

Here are a couple clearer shots. This was my first attempt. I think i could get a nicer result from a cleaner cutting job.

Update:
I have the sunvisor installed in the car as of last night. It looks sweet. After horribly defacing the outside cloth of my original visor i ordered another on from a junk yard. I finally got it after two weeks of waiting (the forgot to ship my order)

Anyways i replaced the messed up closth with the new/used cloth and it looks great. Got the buttons installed and ironed on (they look okay. I might do something different) I got all of the wires routed i just need to hook up the power and hook up the vga (i need a VGA splitter) and itis done.

Hooray!

A couple minor things i want to do is match the tan paint for my interiour and paint the custom bezel tan. I also might look into some different buttons.

I will try to get some updated pics up this weekend.
