    LVD Port

So what is the LVD port found on the VIA mini-itx mobos? It's 40 pin, can that connect directly to the lcd, w/o the vga controller?

That looks like the connectors on AIX Terminal boxes... They look like LPT ports and the screen are 2 colors.

I could be wrong though, so don't quote me on this.

The problem is you first have to find what pins go where, the LPT port has 8+ data lines and if any of those are hooked up wrong you wont get anything. I am almost willing to bet that the display needs a special controller card that will be hard to find. Can you get the model number from the back of the actual LCD panel itself?

There is a display controller unit PCB 1002B.

I could not find any information about this controller.

Not the numbers from the controller, the numbers from the back of the lcd the actual panel that displays things.
