Depends on the LCD, if it's larger color graphic LCD it connects to the computer via VGA but keep in mind that not just any LCD panel can be connected to a computer it has to have a controller that enables it connect to the computer. Now if you have a smaller text only LCD those can be connected to the LPT port on your machine and have to run with a special program.

    LCD's

Some LCD's are even DVI (think of it as a digital version of the VGA port found on most PC's).

There is a display controller unit PCB 1002B.

The problem is that I can not get it working.

    All of the above.

The color LCDs designed to be a video monitor are typically VGA or DVI.
Character LCDs or VFDs can be parallel, serial or USB.
If you're talking about the one you have (made in Finland!), it's likely VGA. Typically, laptop (and other smaller-format computer) manufacturers use VGA in a proprietary cable that's smaller than a standard 15-pin VGA connector, usually a ribbon-style cable that's wholly internal, as well as flexible, so it can be used in the tight confines of a laptop.

    Hope that helps.

It is possible that you will be able to use this LCD with special software, but I doubt it was designed to be used on a PC.

    Still havent found any information.

Is there a way getting it working without specs?

Passing 4.5 volts throu pins didnt make any effect.
    Maybe passing 6-12v would?

I dont want to buy new 7" lilliput before makeing sure that
    ramline LCD is no use
