Cut it up and splice it together.
I've read on this board before how people have had issues with the DIN connector for the Lilliput where the VGA/USB cable connects. People say to pinch the connector because there is a bad ground connection. I am constantly having to adjust my connector and wire due to the screen flickering on and off and it is very annoying. Is there a way to fix this connector or replace it with something more efficient?
Cut it up and splice it together.
that is all you can really do....replace the plug with some other connector. I have a problem with my DIN plug causing the LCD to turn green with a short EXACTLY in the DIN plug. I will have to cut mine up and splice it into serial plug ends to make it work.

I just got rid of the connector all together and shortened the vga cable.
