    Taking apart the Lilliput

I did a search about this but could not find anything:

in the space I would like to fit in the lilliput it does not fit, its about 1cm to large I was wondering if it is possible to take off the casing to fabricate a bracket with the lilliput guts, because the screen itself will fit no problem?

    is that possible?

Psst. try searching again, coz many people have stripped the lilli, and there are many threads about it.

I took my 8" Lilliput apart to fit in my Accord and it works like a champ. Well, I should say like it always did (it flickers every few minutes, but I like my carputer too much to be without it while it gets repaired.)
