    Anyone know anything about this LCD???

    Looks strangely a lot like the 8in I bought from ziplock..... with a different colored case..

    It is also on the Xenarc website, but it doesn't have a pic...

    I haven't seen anyone around here that has it... the 2 links above are the only thing I've been able to find about this LCD. Should be a pretty good LCD, assuming it is like the 7" Xenarc.

    The new 8" screen from Gain/Xenarc is meant to have an aluminium case rather than plastic, so that should look pretty damn cool.

    Also, I heard they were bringing out the 700 series with black cases rather than silver. Easier to blend into most dashboards I reckon......

    yah i have a xenarc with a black case, the entire case is not black, only the front piece

    Looks like it's 4:3 and not 15:9 like the 700...
    Should make it easier to find a nice looking resolution....
