Thanks Tidder. I tell ya, it is hard being a member of several different boards, keeping up with the posts, and researching and compiling all the different info that I find. I have started to copy it into word docs. Makes it easier to organize. But I don't republish this stuff, its just easier for me to understand how all this fits together and how I can make it work for my senerio. Thanks again.
Ok don't kill me,
How is the screen powered, I have an opus and I am wondering how to power the screen from it. Thanks Mike

Went to Toys R Us today in Perth, Western Australia. They don't have them either.. went across the road to David Jones and found another Sony display by accident.. talk about lucky ^^ last one they had, and the sales guy said he dug it out of the storeroom earlier that day..
Though at the moment, i think i'm too lazy to do the PSOne mod again for my new setup... Might just use composite and write my own frontend and apply filters to 'fix-up' the image a bit.
Btw, Ricky you were thinking of doing something with DCC right? Doesn't DCC just let software query the display and retreive a list of the resolutions that the display can provide? I'd think that you'd still have to alter a device driver to get the display to output that resolution?
Mike are you asking how the Intec LCD is powered or the Sony PS One. If its the Intec, I can tell you the pins, and that it takes 12 volt.Originally Posted by heartpumper

Yes I think you are right to say that DDC probably wont do much...I dont really know either. From what the DDC information shown below I get a feeling it may well configure the card.
