Lilliput Vs Xenarc Count

Funny, looks like the Lilliputs that were broke because of user error are being counted against the reliability of the Lilliput. Funny that the Xenarc is being given a 'pass' on that.

I guess the "there are more lilliput onwers on mp3car and that's why more problems" theory doesn't hold that well.

Fine then, that's still 2 broken Xenarcs out of 32 and 14 broken Lilliputs out of 28.

If you remove USER ERROR, there is still more broken Lilli's than Xenarcs. In fact there would be NO BROKEN XENARCS in that case.

I don't get it. If you buy something new and it doesn't work as expected, you return it. Well, that is if you haven't chopped it up yet. A good idea would be to test it a while before opening it.
