The 3.5mm AV connector on the back isn't a standard 3 pin one, it has 4 pins and the pin arrangement is nonsensical. Someone asked me to make a pinout diagram this weekend, so i put up a short page on how to make the composite adapter:

I'm gonna try to find the real PSOne power supply and a 3.5mm 4pin to 3 RCA cable.
Tidder, give me another week to mess with this. If I cant get it working, I'll take you up on that offer.

    Thanks again guys

Ive been really busy at work lately
I think the power supply is my problem. I found a datasheet/manual for the PSone screen and it listed power comsumption at 6.8W. That would mean it needs 0.91A at 7.5V. (6.8W = 7.5V x 0.91A)
My radio shack power supply only puts out 0.5A. Ive been watching Ebay for a Sony brand car adapter. I found some specs that said it makes 8.2V with 1.8A. But if it can power a screen and PSOne, it should handle the just screen with no problem.

So I'm looking for a 12VDC input with 7.5V/1A output or the offical Sony car adpater.

Cool, make sure to buy a SONY brand, I bought the cheap **** for my screen, and it would overheat and shut off, then finally bit the dust completely.
