    Lilliput USB

    I was just curious to know if anyone knew the correlation of the Lilli USB wire colors with that of traditional US USB wire colors

    Lilli= Red, Brown, Yellow, Darkyellow

    US- Red, Black, White, Green

    reds obvious and im guessing brown is neg and the 2 yellows are data

    anyone?

    The other end of it (the TS controller inside) is stupid.

    Black = 5V
    Red = GND
    White/Yellow are normal.

    Thanks,, another reason i wanted to know is Armen told me some of the wires in some new Lillis for the controller were mixed up so i tried reversing the 2 yellows as that seemed to be the most plausible thing to happen

    Those will probably just keep it from working until you get it right, but reversing the other 2 will release the magic black smoke.

    I know I'm bringing up an old thread, but I hardwired my lilliput to a USB cable using the above connections and now the touchscreen doesn't work. Has anyone else wired it up this way? Is there a better way to add a long USB cable to the end of the Lilliput?

    The only other thing I can think of that I messed up my wires/connections when installing the monitor in the dash, since it worked before the install with the regular USB cable.
