    USB 2.0 to VGA

    http://www.hardwarecentral.com/hardw...eviews/5602/1/

I ran across this surfing and figured someone might like it...

USB 2.0 to VGA 32 bit color depth to 800 by 600 resolution, That is what I use anyway.

Looks like an option to loose the vid card for lower end graphics instals

That's pretty interesting. Not for most uses, obviously, but I can definately see a useful niche.

That would a great way of supporting multiple monitors for rear passengers off one computer. Good find!

Looks like you could put navi on that and use main monitor for movies etc. Yeah, definite usefulness

Wow.., this would really open a door to multiple display setup in cars. Imagine this:

One small touch screen monitor that contains only all the icons for the applications conveniently located near the driver. No application will pop up on this monitor. And then,

One monitor for navigation, OBDII, etc.

One monitor for the passangers in the back playing dvd.

    How cool would that be?

This thing is too slow to support video. It doesn’t even support DirectX. Hopefully future drivers will fix these imitations.
