Does Xenarc use a DFP to VGA cable?
Just came across some DFP (Digital Flat Panel) to DVI (Digital Visual Interface) cables. Saw a DFP cable with a male end that looks like it will fit in my 700TSV.
Was wondering if my Xenarc would be able to use those. But then would I lose the analog and sound input? :S
The newer Xenarcs do use the DFP connectors. However, I don't know how they are wired up within the connector to the screen, and you will also lose your AV inputs, as well as touchscreen connections.
You can get replacement cables from Xenarc. That would probably be your best bet if you need a new cable.

What sort of cables did the older Xenarcs use? VGA connector?
They used some really flimsy 15 pin connector that kind of "hooked in" to the screen, but if you moved it too much it had a tendancy to break!
