Yes, I was using the touchkit drivers. I am downloading the new version. Maybe this will help.

i am having this same problem on my laptop with any/all drivers listed on that site... running xp home if that makes any difference.. does any1 know the problem?

its all good now, found another thread stating that they thought you have to run the setup program first, then install the drivers, and presto, all good for me now.... just gota tweak the touch settings now...

I am also having treouble with the Lilliput drivers. Every time I run Setup on my laptop running XP it crashes. It gives me a progress bar that goes to 100% but then nothing happens. Sometimes, like now, I can go on using other windows. Other times, I have to hard reset.

well, slightly more detail on how i fixed the prob on mine, have to make sure when you run the setup program before installing the driver, the touch controller is DISCONNECTED (for me this was the usb), then you connect the touch controller and it should be good.

I installed the drivers on my desktop (Win2000) before I plugged in the monitor and it worked fine. However I still can't install the drivers on my laptop. I get a "Windows XP Logo testing hasn't been completed..." message.

can you hit a "continue anyway" button?

Yeah, then it crashes. After it crashes I can open the utility and search for a device but then the program says it encountered an error and closes.
