Hope the 8" LinITX is as good as the 7". I'd like to get one of those.

I think it is only 350 nits and is huge - far to big for my dash which is a shame.

Is it huge compared to other 8 inch? I would rather have a 4:3 screen...don't like bad aspect ratios on wide screens.

Btw, do you think 50 nits is such a big deal? The 8" Lilliput with TS has only 280 nits.

Grabbed a screen the same as LinITX on Friday - hoping to start fabricating between Chrimbo and New Year. Quite impressed with the screen so far :-)

I am still rebuilding my bloomin car. i can now change a wishbone in 10 minutes - i should join a rally team!

What are your detailled plans for the build?
