    Exclamation Help on setting up!

hi i was just wondering if any one could help me on setting up a 7" Lilliput touch screen to a laptop. What connectors do i plug in? and can i get wire extenders without soldering its a 10pin din connector. so i can put the laptop under the seat and wire the screen to the dash.

    Thanks

well to enable the touchscreen feature i know that you have to plug the USB connection that comes on the monitor into obviously a spare usb port on your laptop and then the rgb into the video out port also. you will definatly be able to get usb extenders somewhere and i would think the same for the rgb also...

I think that mp3car.com store sells the 10pin din extendors. check to make sure. Also there is no harm in extending the cables after the split into VGA and USB. RGB isn't in the DIN connector. THe RGB inputs for the lilliput are the USB (it is a usb connector but it really isn't USB it is the V1 and V2 inputs) connector on the side of the lilliput unit near the power input
