The 20 grand was an exaggeration on my part. I was just saying that when new technologies are first released, they are very expensive...

I got an email back. Looks like an auto reply. Lets see how long "shortly" is....

    Dear Randell,

Thank you for your interest in Kodak. At Eastman Kodak, we take great pride in having innovated OLED technology. There's nothing subtle about OLED displays from Kodak. Brighter, more vibrant colors. Exceptionally wide viewing angle. Sharp images that move with the speed of the action. Picture the future! And it's available today-from Kodak.

I will respond to your request from our web site shortly. If you require immediate assistance please feel free to contact me. Thank you again.

Your OLED screen is a single color - not sure what the Delphi gauges are going to be, but single/multi color OLED screens have been out for a LONG time now. Don't any of you remember that one Motorola StarTAC flip phone? - It had a "color" screen. It was basically a black OLED screen that was able to display 3 different colors on different parts of the screen.

Look at how sharp the image still is at the extreme angle. Awesome. still, it is only 1.1in in size. but at least they exists. one day we could have a 7in.

That's what I like to see Randell... somebody that likes something so much that they latch on and stay with it. The flexible screen stuff is wild, kinda like the PDA's the guys used in Mission to Mars. Cool Stuff!
