Lilliput LCD install for Volvo 850

I have a 1996 Volvo 850 and have been working on my system since May. The system works very well, but I would like to make it look nicer. I read gork's write-up for the install. My problem is that the whole unit is too big to fit in the gap where my stock stereo was, but the screen itself should fit. Can someone give some suggestions on how to mount the unit in the existing gap?

post some pictures. I'm sure you can always cut out the area around the head unit to fit your LCD. being a little creative. or...you can always wait til armen at digitalww.com releases that $190 motorized housing for the lilliput.
