Can you post a better pic of what the white and black wires are? Are they just RCA inputs?

Not sure, i'd just try soldering to the pins, and making your own connectors. Cur the plastic around the pins, and just tin the edges, wouldnt be a hard soldering job.

If you check each pin, and find the one that goes to the black side of that cap thats Labeled 2CS 100 16V that will be your ground and the one next to it should be 12v then all you have to do is attach the other two wires for video
