Did you not have your glasses on when you bought your Lexus? thats an ugly car, dude.
You're nothing but a trolling pos. Claiming that only the top end cars are good enough for carputers? Since when? I thought the forum was about getting a computer for the car, not getting a car for the computer...

No.. I didn't have glasses on when I bought my Lex. I took it for a test drive and I fell in love.

Last time I checked... trolling POSes don't code for the benefit of the car pc community. Oh wait! You're too ignorant to know I'm not a troll, but that I'm just opinionated

I'm opinionated too; your car is underpowered for being turbo powered

You're just jealous because you're driving around in a rust bucket
Well, actually there isn't any rust on it. Its in suprisingly good condition for a 92.

And while it may be a bucket to you, its MY bucket, not my grandma's...

Your name on the title or not, the car you drive is not yours, its your grandma's, and that's kinda sad.

What I don't get, given that a new top-end car will come with a decent navigation and entertainment system as stock, who exactly should be installing a CarPC if it's not for "cheap little bastards who can't afford a satnav system"

Mine's a special case as my car is a private import and the satnav system is useless unless you can read Japanese and want directions around Japan.

Also my finished build will be transferrable, so I will be using it in my company's clapped out 10 year old rusty diesel van, and I may even install it in the knackered 1989 Ford Escort that's rusting around the back of my house, take pictures and post them here to **** off ololol or whatever his name is.

You can't have your name on the title until you're an adult. So that's gonna happen in a year for me (I'm 17).

And BTW: the name on the title is my mom's

Installing a carpc in a ****box doesn't look good for the hobby. If you want something that's transfarable then get a standalone GPS unit that sticks onto your windshield and plugs into your cigarette lighter.

Well, atleast you'll know how to get around japan when you go there
I know what you mean about foreign maps. Some Soarers also had jap maps also, and when they came to australia then became useless
