I have made a small circuit to allow you the automatic switch over modes on
a lilliput. When you select reverse gear your rear camera view will be turned

Cool, thanks. I was just going to start this as a project. Auto select video input for Lilliput?
Any idea on how to bypass the front button and interface directly with the controller to avoid the two button press? I can't find a data sheet for it anywhere. If I go your route, I'll at least hardwire it into the display.
