I agree! anything on the outside is likey to make it worse. You already have a TS on there and a lot of these films do not take that into consideration. You cannot simply stick an antiglare coating on and expect perfect clarity. Every layer of material has imperfections causing fuzzyness and steals light and that is before you get into the issue of lots of different refractive indexes as you have glass - TS - film! This can cause not only fuzzyness but TIR which gives glare.Originally Posted by Defiler
4 wire TS are crap at light transmission but its the best we can get for out budgets. Perosonally i am tempted to rip mine off and use an i-drive interface. I have been for a while but i shall see how this brightness increase goes.
