shapr LCD question

ok this is for the GURU's ou there...is there anyway i can get this to work with a carpc?

if so what other parts will i need or would it just be easier( not so much cheaper) to get a 7 inch touch screen LCD?

If that site will sell you a compatible controller, getting it to work shouldn't be the adventure that most people asking about some random bare LCD they found would face. You don't seem to be too concerned about cost, but it's very likely that it's going to be significantly more expensive than the xenarcs or lilliputs that are popular around here.

Is that screen transflective? I highly suspect that it is, but if it's not 80 nits is unusable. If it is transflective, 80 nits should be fine. Looks like a part for OEM nav systems.

well the thing is that i already have the screen from a old handhelp pc made by LG. i was just wondering if it was even worth trying to get it to work.
